The only monsters that skull you and heal themselves off your damage, in the Wilderness, for the best weapon drops on the server.
Revenants live in the Revenant Caves in the Wilderness, and they are the only monsters on the server that will skull you and heal themselves off your damage. They come in a ladder of strengths, so there is a revenant for most combat levels — and every one of them is in the Wilderness.

They also heal from the damage they take, which makes a low-damage setup actively counterproductive: a fight you cannot finish quickly is a fight you cannot finish at all. Bring the highest damage output you are willing to risk, not the safest.
The three revenant weapons — Viggora's chainmace, Craw's bow and Thammaron's sceptre — plus the Amulet of avarice and the ancient artefacts are what the caves are farmed for.
