No — your progress will not be wiped. All character data is saved automatically and backed up vigorously with daily off-site backups and enterprise-grade DDoS protection.
Vote on all three listing sites from the website Vote page, then claim your reward in-game (5,000 coins and 1 vote point per vote). Donations are processed through Stripe on the Donate page; donor points and bond rewards are delivered automatically when your character is online, or queued for login/::claimdonation if you were offline.
Open the Information tab in-game, then use Shops to open the Vote, Donor, PK, or Task point shops. Vote points come from website voting (or redeem vote tokens from the Vote Shop). Donor points come from website donations. PK points come from PvP kills. Task points come from completing task journal objectives.
